Furni Factory specializes in creating bespoke furniture tailored to your specifications, including fitted and freestanding furniture for both residential and commercial spaces. We provide high-quality, custom-designed furniture using premium materials. Our services also include the supply of ready-made furniture from leading European designers. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Bespoke Furniture Design: Custom-made furniture tailored to your needs, including fitted solutions for kitchens, wardrobes, living spaces, horeca furniture, retail spaces, and office furniture.

  • Freestanding Furniture: Custom designs for cabinets, beds, tables, desks, chairs, and receptions.

  • Ready-Made Furniture Supply: Furniture sourced from leading European designers for small to large-scale projects.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • Pricing: All prices for bespoke furniture are determined based on the complexity, materials used, and scope of the project. We will provide an initial estimate and final quote upon discussing your project.

  • Comprehensive Pricing: We offer transparent and comprehensive pricing that accommodates both premium materials and your budget constraints. Any changes to the original scope may result in adjustments to the price.

  • Payment: A deposit of 50% is required upon agreement of the project. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery or installation.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer.

4. Design and Manufacturing Process

  • Design Consultation: Our process begins with a free consultation to discuss your project’s specifications, design ideas, and budget. After this consultation, we will provide a design concept and a formal quote.

  • Manufacturing: Once you approve the design, we begin manufacturing your furniture using the highest-quality materials. Manufacturing timelines will be agreed upon during the consultation process.

  • Delivery and Installation: Upon completion, we will deliver your furniture to your location. If installation is required, our professional installers will ensure that your furniture is fitted accurately.

5. Materials

We use a wide range of premium materials in our furniture, including but not limited to:

  • Solid wood, wooden veneers, quartz sinters, stone veneers, MDF, laminated boards, steel, glass, concrete, and high-quality upholstery fabrics.

  • We prioritize eco-friendly and sustainable materials whenever possible, ensuring that our furniture is not only beautiful but also built to last.

6. Custom Orders and Modifications

  • Custom Orders: Once a design is confirmed and the deposit is received, all orders are considered final. Any changes to the design after confirmation may result in additional costs.

  • Modifications: Modifications to the project scope or design after the project has commenced may result in delays or changes to the final price.

7. Installation and Fitting

  • Installation: If installation is required, our professional installers will take precise measurements and ensure your furniture is installed as per the agreed specifications.

  • Fitting Issues: If there are any issues with the fitting of the furniture upon delivery, we will address them immediately. We will not be responsible for installation issues if our installers have not been used.

8. Warranty

  • Warranty on Furniture: We offer a warranty on all our custom furniture. The warranty covers defects in craftsmanship or materials but does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidents.

  • Warranty Period: The warranty period will be specified in the contract for each project, typically lasting two years from the date of delivery.

9. Cancellation and Returns

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your project within 14 days of the agreement, provided that no work has begun. If work has already started, cancellation fees may apply.

  • Returns: As each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless the furniture is damaged upon delivery. If you notice damage, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the furniture.

10. Liability

Furni Factory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the custom furniture or service provided.
